Strategic Plan highlights:

• As we look to the future, Our Community must be defined as Edgerton, Gardner, and New Century. No longer can we simply look at them separately, but rather as a collective community, united to stimulate economic activity and growth in our region.

• We must build consensus that growth is good, and change is unavoidable. We must strike a balance and understanding between attracting and retaining both small and large scale businesses, and that our community will continue to be a premier destination for families and businesses to co-exist.

• We must create and maintain a positive business environment. Our community has an obligation to demonstrate our willingness to embrace and support our local businesses and encourage their continued success.

• All Chamber members need to believe and support in advancing the core mission of our organization. It is through this belief, united by common success; we can continue growing our membership and ultimately provided the best programs and services possible.

• As a direct return on your membership investment, we must continually identify new and more effective ways to support our members, assist each other, and explore ways to individually assist you in reaching your business goals.
