The
inaugural class of Leadership Gardner has studied
issues, toured facilities, and questioned the leaders of
government, education, and industry through seven one-day
sessions. We welcome the family and associates of the
graduates and all Chamber Members to join with us as we celebrate
the graduation of the inaugural class of Leadership
Gardner.
Dr. Roy
Jensen, a Gardner native and Director of the KU Cancer Center will address
the graduates. Dr. Jensen will speak about KU's quest for
National Cancer Institute designation and how they are
collaborating across the region and state to achieve this
goal. Dr. Jensen will also share his thoughts on how the
Leadership Gardner Graduates can utilize their skills to better our
community.
